Graphics/web designer seeking partnership

I design graphics and web sites. Basically, I need help finding work.

I'm having trouble finding places to promote my services, writing effective sales pitches, and closing deals. If you can take care of that, we can split the profits.

Here are my skills:

• Graphics: Flyers, postcards, web banners, buttons, headers, etc.
  
• Flash: Animated banners, buttons, editing pre-made flash templates
  
• Web: HTML sites using Dreamweaver, basic edits to wordpress templates, setting up wordpress sites and plugins
  
• Video: Converting video formats, basic motion graphics, watermarks, all done in Adobe Premiere

I don't have any samples to show, so I'm offering 1 free flash banner to the first Jr. VIP to request one (post here, then I'll PM you). When I'm done with the banner, I'll post it here as an example of what I can do.
