Grabbing All The Content From Wordpress Site And Import this into a new one - how???

OK, I have the selfhosting "full text rss 2.5" thing, but for some reason it only lets me grab 10 items from an rss feed and make them into full feed.

I need to know if there is some other way I can grab a large rss feed and make it a full feed, so I can import this into Wordpress using WP robot. Anyone????
