    Hello,

I've found a keyword with 28,000 local monthly searches but first place on google is an gov.uk domain with PR5.

What do you think? This keyword sucks, right? :(

    It's possible to outrank .govs

It's a bit more challenging but, a lot of times it has naturally high ranking because it's a .gov ... doesn't necessarily mean there's a lot of backlinks to it.

Create better content and out backlink them and you can take their spot.

    Thanks for your time.

Do you recommend me any seo plan or backlinks plan? Or to buy services?

    1. How knows google if is "top quality content"? If is unique and it's straight to the subject (niche) should be ok I think...
    2. Ok, high pr blogs and forums but I see so many seo services on this forum and I'm really into a dillema. So many strategies, plans... I don't know how to start at seo when I'm making a new website (excepting seo on page).

    Thanks a lot guys.

@wannabie: well I've didn't start because I didn't know if is a good niche or a pain in the ass one :D. Thanks for your advice.

To know what top quality content is, step into your visitor's shoes...
First things first, the content should be informative... Deliver what you are promising in your title and description.
Content should be unique. It okay to take inspiration from other writers but do not copy their content.
It should be well formatted and well written (no grammatical error. no spell errors)
