Seems I should give up that site, the site has some "how to" articles, so I don't think it's thinYou mentioned on your http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/807657-pbn-not-safe-now-how-did-google-found-my-pbn.html today that your "contents are good". Well, that's clearly not the case. Is it easy to fix? Depends. Make your site something genuinely useful and worthwhile. You'll know whether it's crap or not. It appears Google's already told you what they think of it.

I‘m afraid this is the truthUr penalized because of ur pbn. Its not about thin content. My sites got hit with same reason, a year ago. They're penalizing pbn sites with thin content reason.
I‘m afraid this is the truth
no PBN can pass a manual checkSo what was footprint? If you dont know who will.
that's what I'm afraid of, because "thin content" is too personal subjectivity,so I'm afraid it's links problem, but Google use another way to punish youIt's the links you get a penalty for not the content. All my websites that got a penalty was because of one website that had links from ONE service I bought from here and google penalize them all because they where on the same GWT account.
Ive got lots of websites Ive had for years that have really shitty content with aff links on every page without any "how to's" and they have never got a penalty. So its all about the links.
the site is still indexed, I will try your methodThe "Thin Content" penalty is usually a link penalty. You said in your other post you use a PBN, so I'm 99% sure this is the issue.
If the site is disposable you're better off just starting over on a new domain. Just transfer the content to the new domain and you're good to go.
If the site is not disposable, then you need to remove all your pbn links and submit a reconsideration request.
