The default rating scale a 1 to 5. I'm presuming your markup is including a rating of 0, which is outside the default scale.

If you do accept ratings of 0, then you need to supply the worstRating and bestRating values you use.

If not, then I suspect you are setting it to 0 when you have no reviews. You need to remove the aggregateRating completely instead.
