I thought CJ had an offer for browser based games, actually - they do!
Look for BigPoint - it's all about browser based gaming. They used to offer a few cents per lead, but now it seems it's 35% per sale.
I guess you could even write an ebook on how to cheat the games with a memory hacker and sell it to them for some insanely cheap price (or fill out a few offers?) Short term.
OR you could.. DL some browser based game script (easily found on net, or have one made for you) and add some CPA offers to the game in order for the user to get specific stuff. I'm not sure if there are customizable ones like this yet, but CPA lead has a site for gaming where they'll add the code for you. You could send em all to YOUR site to play your game, filling out offers for items forever! Long term.
Heck, you could even buy mediocre accounts (assuming the browser based game has a save feature) from people and auction them off for people completing CPA offers - one winner chosen but required to show proof to build credibility and makes people to try again.
Browser Based game I'm thinking about is Adventure Quest. You can pay something like $20 to get a "Guardian" Character and even auction that off @ level 1 (so they don't have to pay for it) so they can play through the game themselves and build the character how they want to. They also make another game, Adventure Quest Worlds (I'd play it) that you could use the same idea with.
^ I like this idea. Most people who play these = kids w/o money, so simple CPA offer to get a chance at winning something that cost $20 could possibly be a hit.
Not to mention they've got an affiliate program - so if you got into that you could even mail the entire list to sign up for that.
There are plenty of things you can do - your not stuck

Hope my ideas helped, because now I kinda wish I had those tools
