Got my first offline marketing job :D , anyone got a little advice for me?

So I got a marketing job at a call center for a skin rejuvenation spa in Manhattan NYC. The company provides phone leads for us to call but they aren't the best quality. Does anyone have any tips on how I can generate some local NYC numbers of woman who are employed?

Get numbers for men who are employed and sell them spa sessions as presents for their wives/girlfriends.
