Got my 1st sale on amazon but have concern

Hi guys good day, I got my 1st sale yesterday with good conversion ratio 75/1 is that good? I'm very happy with that, now it come my concern.
I notice that every product on amazon have almost equal bad and good comments, my concern is what if the staff I refer goes bad? I mean when he/she receive it and it did not work for him/her but do work to others? as affiliate of course sales are good But I'm also concern to my customer as I refer them, I want them to be happy because it also affect my reputation as their promoter or referer.

What do you think guys? can someone expert on workaround on amazon give advice or ideas about this. thank you very much to all people here at blackhatworld

I wouldn't care much of that. Because if there is some problem with product they contact seller and they should resolve all the issues (it's not your job as an affiliate). There is noway any affiliate could test all the products they promote, we just have to trust seller (and in this case amazon).

You can't conclude that your conversion is 75/1 when you only get one sale...
