Hyper-Local Citations Custom Built For Your Niche and City

Crush the Local Competition with This Effective Citation Building Strategy

    Do you have local clients?
    This service is for you.

I've developed the ultimate way to build citations and I'm willing to share it with you because it simply crushes local SERPs.

This service also solves the 3 major problems that you'll encounter when trying to outsource this...Problems you may not have even thought about. What are they exactly? Read on.

    Starting at just $59!

3 Big Problems With Outsourcing Citations

    • 1. WASTING MONEY ON OVERLAP. If you're not tracking what citations you've already built or you're working with several providers at the same time, chances are you may be getting charged twice or even three times over for work that's already been done.
    • 2. NO OPTIMAL STRATEGY. Do you have a Master List laid out in front of you so you can make sure you're getting all possible citations and not *just* the big 10 or 20?
    • 3. NO NICHED OR LOCALE SPECIFIC CITATIONS. Most citation services deliver too many general citations. While these are still good, we can do better. We find rare and valuable niche and locale specific citation sources then submit to them.

Problem #1 and #2 Solved: The Custom Citation Master List

We compile a large "master list" of citation sources. Why?

    • We want to track what citations that have already been built for you to ensure there's no overlap in your orders.
    • You'll need a full list of all potential citation sources available so your local site will rise above everyone elses.

This Master List is composed of 3 key elements (READ THIS PART!):

    • The best citation sources of your top 5 ranking competitors.
    • The top 50 best citation sources for your city.
    • Any key citation sources that might be missing from the list after its compiled are added.
Niche Citation Sources for Any Country, Any Niche

We dig up citations in any country for any kind of business.

If you're looking for the very best in niched citations for whatever country you need then we should be working together.

Some Test Results: The Good and The Bad

I've been testing citations for almost a half a year now. If your local site is already on the map for some of its important keywords (2nd, 3rd, 4th page), chances are high that citations will have a noticeable affect on your SERPs.

However, this service is NOT for:
    1. Thin affiliate sites.
    2. Sites or businesses that don't have a physical address.
The graph below is an example of the results from one of my tests using 100% citations on a local business.

Optional Citation Boosters: Reviews and Tweets

Once you've claimed your business profiles and landed a few citations,
there are 2 other things you can do to boost them:
    1. Get some reviews.
    2. Send them some links.

Sending links to them is pretty much a no brainer: faster indexing and
    more link juice.

    So lets talk about reviews.

While we're still working on offering Google Places and Yelp reviews consistently, but in the meantime I've identified 20 other citation sites where we can successfully get reviews posted 100% of the time.

Here are just some of these sites...

According to the Local Search Ranking Factors 2013, quantity and consistency of citations as well as reviews on third-party business directories are among the most important factors for local search organic rankings. Reviews in particular hit on a few different signals for ranking local keywords:

    1. Diversity of sites on which third-party reviews are present.
    2. Quantity of third-party traditional reviews
    3. High numerical third-party ratings (e.g. 4-5)
    4. Positive sentiment in reviews
    5. Overall velocity of reviews (Native + Third-Party)
    6. Location of keywords in reviews.

Put your business citations in the hands of a professional.
    Yes, we can:
    1. Accept spun descriptions.
    2. Add photos to your listings.
    3. Offer advice on citations we can't build because of phone verification.

Get over it. Try and show me a single BST where there isn't at least one person asking about review copies on the first page. Heck, look below your post.

Honestly, if OP specifically requests people do not ask for review copies or has already given them out, then sure, go ahead and complain if someone asks about them. But complaining about someone in a situation like mine asking about review copies is really just a waste of time - you'd be better off stopping jaywalkers.

Feel free to respond by PM, if you wish.

I would like a review copy and more details on how you do this. All of my sites are local service companies, and I hate doing citations, but I hate winding up with crappy ones worse.

How consistent is the information from citation to citation?

How many pictures do you upload, and do you upload video?

Do you ping the final listing until it gets indexed?

When dealing with existing citations, do yyou claim unclaimed ones, or skip them?

What percentage of citations out of 30 will stick, and same for reviews?

    Is Houzz included?

Are these made manually or with software (my concern here is the category, or rather what happens when my category is not a direct match and an appropriate category has to be chosen).

If the site already has citations, will the ones you create be on different platforms?

What are the trust and citaton flow metrics (generally) on the various location specific directories. (I am concerned here with winding up with low quality listings rather than high quality ones.)

I specifically need information about Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth Texas, Memphis TN, Chico California, Desoto County Mississippi, Toronto, and London.

If you can satisfy my personal standards, I have a good bit of work for you. A review copy will help me decide.
