Got High PA DA expired domain. What should i do?

I have got an expired domain at relatively low price. It has following metrics from

This domain (its name is php programming related) was redirected to an adult cam site but i analyzed this domain in MOZ instead of the redirected one and the metrics are OK as shown above.

My questions
1. I have tech and video blogging niche and i don't think its wise to redirect this site to tech or video blogging niche. Whats your opinion?
2. If i create post in this site and create back links to my tech and other niche sites. Will it help?
3. I should get a an adult domain with site build up and redirect this domain to that adult niche site?
4. Sell this domain? For how much and where?
5. Any other idea of making something useful out of it.

I am not an SEO expert and I am hopeful that your idea will help me at least in learning something useful. Help appreciated in advance

Did you check the quality of the backlinks pointing back to this domain? By the numbers it and seeing it redirected to an adult website it seems spammy to me. Is the domain indexed?

I cant seem to find any expireds that arent snatched up...how in the world did you grab this? Any tips appreciated!

Well the backlinks seem to be mostly comments but from high pa da and content posts. Domain is not indexed. I have seen many websites ranking higher for certain keywords in google with all those spammy backlinks and i suppose this would too. So any good news for me?

Don't know it was expired and i just quickly did metrics check and found it to be useful for very few $$$. So thought should register it immediately. Literally no tools used.

I can help you. You probably bought spammed domain that no one wanted.

Buying a domain that is not indexed is usually bad news, it was probably penalized and thats why it was cheap.

Right. Wasted few $$ but learned something. Thanks every one here for help. By the way redirecting it to some body else domain will get his domain also penalized? lols . Just asking...

Dont buy a domain with thousands of links.

Its most likely banned on google
