I had an eBook that was grossing 5 figures a month. I got all my traffic from Google Adwords, which was sent to my eBook sales page. It made me nice, consistent income for about 18+ months.

Last year, when the site was rockin' and rollin' and PPC traffic was coming in, I was offered a high 5 figure number from a buyer who approached me out of the blue. However I turned him down at the time.

In June of 2010, like many direct response marketers I got the google slap and was booted off their network. I went from making a lot to NOTHING overnight...

I could try to bring it back to life by working SEO and the like, but truth be told, my heart no longer is in selling this book and being in this niche, but if the right traffic comes to the sales page, it friggin converts so damn consistently. Soooo I'm looking to sell the whole business. From...

    • The 80+ page eBook
    • The audiobook upsell
    • The 6+ month membership site
    • The Sales Page for the eBook
    • A 40+ long email sequence that converts

I was thinking going to flippa and trying to sell it there BUT the bulk of my traffic was through Adwords and since I've little to no traffic coming to the site the last 6 months traffic stats are low and basically all the stats I would have to post would turn buyers away from buying it.

I'd like to get a sum of least 12+ months of expected income from when it was doing well to sell it, but I don't think I'm in a position to ask for that much money.

Do you guys know where I can find prospective buyers that would be interested?

Why don't you just buy a new domain and run PPC to that instead (iframe the old site or something similar)?

I think flippa.com would be a good place to start. The bad thing with them is the cost of advertising with them. To me they nickel and dime you (but hey its a good marketplace).

Have you thought about ad networks or other types of advertising?

Again, I've been in this niche for a few years, it's made me money which is great, but I'm kind of burnt out with being in the niche and am just looking to sell it and move onto a new project.

Out of interest, what's making you want to sell now rather than when it was initially booted out?

Seems strange you would just let it die and have a single traffic source.

Don't mean to be rude, I'm just doing my due diligence here.

PM some details, I may well have some clients who would be interested.

Why dont you do seo and do ppc on yahoo and bing? Big G must have seen you do
something wrong for you to be sandboxed.

If you want to sell try sitepoint / marketplace and you can sell there

Sounds like it is one last sales pitch. Should write an e-book on "How I made $9,978.68 flipping old useless sites"

You can put it on an old useless domain.
