You'll have to change your IP address. Another route is using proxies. Either way if you're doing anything shady this is going to be a frequent thing.

Tried tor, didn't help. Need to use normal proxies, I guess.

I think the best thing to do is to just hire a torrent uploader if your ROIs are really good......

search for Proxy Finder Enterprise and use proxy to create account & upload torrents... it worked for me some time ago.

If your doing anything blackhat with torrents expect to be banned very often.

Public proxies are pretty much dead, go for private if you can . Anyway to add on, remember to clear your cookies. Hide your trails

Just echoing/summing up:

- Change your ip address to be able to register a new account
- Clear your cookies so they don't see you trying to get in with a banned account
- Use a private proxy if you're doing this a lot; public ones don't do squat anymore, especially the Tor network (found that out myself the hard way ) I don't yet use a proxy network b/c I can change my ip address in about 2 minutes, so I don't need it quite yet.

yeah public proxies are dead completely its a waste of time trying to find some taht work. Your best bet is to buy a proxy service that is private and exclusive and use those. Most likely if you market on the internet you will be able to use these proxies for more than just torrents so it will not be waste of money
