Got banned from FB Ads by making stupid mistake. Couple questions.

I didn't know that leaving my proxy on in my Chrome browser would affect what I was doing on my Firefox browser. I stupidly thought Facebook received your ip address from the browser you logged into it from. But anyway I have a few questions about making a new FB Ads account:

1) Is the website URL I used for my last campaign blacklisted or can I still re-use it? (Basically can I recreate my last campaign exactly)

2) Does my new account have to be from a fresh IP or can I use the same one.

3) Can I have the same billing address for my new ads account, if not, what address do I use?

That's all the questions I can think of at the moment. Would appreciate any help!

Edit: Also, if you have any other tips in general about starting anew, I would be grateful.

Facebook remembers everything! I screwed up my Payment method on one account and could not use it on another account, even if I had proof that I own the account. Would be wise to use a different IP and different billing address (maybe fake one?! - important is just payment, you won't get mail from them).

With the website you can be lucky but not sure. Maybe they banned this one "globally" too

Damn. It looks like it's gonna be a pain the ass to get up and running again. I'll probably need a new Firefox/Chrome profile as well right?

no, I don't think that's necessary. maybe just clear cache & cookies.

getting a new url would be my main concern! but maybe you can use a redirect/other domain or short url - but not sure on that, maybe someone else can help on that

To keep yourself secure, dont assume. So, what you need new now is:
1. New domain + different hosting IP
2. Change the fake lander (if you cloak)
3. Use a different IP to login
4. Use a new billing profile and CC/PP account
5. Better yet, diversify your ads text and images
6. Use CCleaner to clear your browsers cookies.

To sum things up, make sure everything is new and also assume that FB documents anything that is documentable (I know I would)

Facebooks gets ping from your mac adresse as soon as your pc opened. So try to use virtual computers or vps and be sure that your facebook surfing cookies are remainig because that is the most important thing about security.

Hey guys, a newbie question. why use CCleaner when you can clear the cookies manually?
