Lofl just as the title says...
I wrote an email to the AM and I told him that my expertise lies in article marketing bla bla bla... and in a few minutes i was accepted.

I need to know more about this company, sad to say but on the internet the only people I trust is you guys in this forum.

Are they any good? is there someone here that made a fortune with them?

Maxbounty are pretty good, they pay on time and AM's are nice (mine is anyways). Be careful doing blackhat shit with them, they will ban you in a hearbeat

I got accepted yesterday too! The AM was very nice.
Tip for you all when applying. Don't use a "how to make money" site. They generally don't like these. I originally applied with one. I got a call but the AM said they don't like those sites much. Anyway, I told him I had several blogs, one with 10,000 visitors per month and one that focused on iPhones, cell accessories, etc.
I won't need to use black hat with them because I have the #1 spot on Yahoo for my main keywords for one site and the #2 spot for another site. Page 1 on Google as well for both. And MSN. LOL!

I don't think the site really matters. The site I entered is a stupid humor site....
I contacted them via email saying that I am a good internet marketer, my specialities are... bla bla bla and I got exepted in a heart beat after that e-mail. I know how to write a good convicing letter i guess :O
    haha

you need to find some online friends :p

Many AM skim through this forum. And by using the thread title with the Maxbounty name, you're practically inviting every Maxbounty manager to this thread,

It's not good to associate you account to anything ''blackhat'', and they can easily identify you with the information provided here.

So, next time, think twice before posting. One guy got banned a few days ago because his AM saw him using the same email name with his nick in this forum, and he admitted on using a few BH tactics on that CPA account.

I haven't got approved and I appied with an iPhone blog. It might have been due to that I'm running caffineated content which I think they do spot on miles but still... :(

Maybe I should try to apply with an e-store instead?

No. My iPhone blog uses caffeinated content too.
Just tell them you get 10,000 visitors per month and you want to offer ipod stuff, etc.
