Hey all. So I've been brainstorming for awhile and thought of a clever method. Kinda oldie but a goodie with a new twist. Also wondering if its legal?

Had an idea to post a job hiring on the normal places you would do that :) applicants would email me there resume. To make a long story short I've figured out a way to put in a cpa offer into there "testing" phase of the interview process. But I'm wondering how much trouble , if any , I could get into for posing as a job that doesn't exist?

Also if it isn't really any kind of trouble, id like to be able to call the applicants instead of just emailing them back. Think that's safe?

    Sorry if dumb questions.

Well, this is what people have been doing for years... You shouldnt get into any trouble, except of ban at CPA networks if you dont hide the source of your traffic or somehow get reported...I dont know why would you want to call them, imagine you have 2500 job leads, how do you call them all?

IMO, if you don't provide what you promise, then there would be complaints and a ban would follow, sooner or later. The trick is old and has been floating around for a long time now, and the job hunters too are getting smarter. To survive, it all depends on how great your twist is.

Gotcha. I've figured out how to cover my tracks and such. The reason I wanted to call the applicants is cuz it makes the position seem more real. An email to me sounds so fraud. Employers who are actually looking for canidates call them. Id plan on calling back 50 to 100. Trying to figure out how to do that anonymously. Prepaid cellphone seems to be the obvious choice. But could get expensive. Skype maybe? I've not used skype before tho.
