Got A problem: Shall I open Chargeback on paypal?

    5weeks ago ( exactly ) I bought an Laptop from Ebay , the seller were from US and I'm from Europe He had a lot of positive feedbacks and sellers like him just can't do something like this when he have delivered all those items...
    I paid $60..something for shipping via usps and he said I should receive it in 1week up to 2weeks MAX.

    It will be soon 45days period passed when I can open the chargeback at paypal- what should I do about this?
    Should I open chargeback at paypal or not?
    Because seems like that seller have actually sent it out as he even gave tracking information but seems that there is something wrong with shipping itself!
    So If you were in mine position would you open chargeback even seems that seller have sent it out but post have just fucked up something and don't seems like I will ever receive that package?

    Contact the seller first and try to solve the issue. If you can 't solve, then you can open a dispute and wait for a PayPal decision.
