Got a nice domain name for my location, what should I do?

Hello everyone. I own a beautiful .com domain name for my province, I registered since 2005 and have not done anything yet. I made a forum before, but the 360 blog of Yahoo, and Facebook made it dead. I've tried making a few websites using wordpress but copying articles from other websites makes my website not rank up.

Where I live is a tourist area quite famous with tourists, but SEO articles many other websites have already done. I have some friends and some companies that bid quite high for the domain name but I don't want to sell it yet because I think it can make money. And I just want to make money through this domain name and have no intention of selling it. That's just what I thought but didn't know what to do. Anyone have any ideas for this domain name guys?

If you cannot make it rank because there is already good content about your location, sell the domain at a high price and move on.
