Apparently it's a scam. The check is real enough but if it's deposited it will bounce. The fraudster is claiming to be BMA Mystery Shopping and the letter looks legit but doing some homework I found out that this is a scam.
Anybody else get this in the snail-mail? The letter looks very real but two jobs are to use a money gram transfer for $1400 and a Western Union transfer for $1120. That threw up my red flag-o-meter. The other jobs are Sears for $50 and Walmart for $50 with $300 pay.
I think I will call the bank to see if they have enough funds to cover the check. If not ....use your imagination.
