Got 2.9k followers but only getting 200 reach per post

You should interact with your followers more and post more engaging and attractive content.

A lot of followers doesn't mean they care about your posts. 500 interactions is a good number for that fan page. create more great content and you will get more interactions

I usually feel like that too. You shoud check them properly.

Low engagement can be traced back to several cause. Maybe your followers may not be interested in the content you're sharing, lead to lower view counts.
U should respond to comments and messages, and participate in discussions. This will help to build relationships with your followers and encourage them to engage with your content
