I really love these guys! Let them know what needs to be done, and they do it! It's really that simple. They just wrote another piece of content for me that I only need to make minor edits to and publish! Their work seems to be consistently on time, and I can really appreciate that. I don't have to chase them down, ask for updates, send them little messages to ensure myself that I've not been forgotten about, or really even need to be consciously aware of the fact that I placed an order. Hi @Writerly, I would like to ask a full refund of order, I choosed the $2.95 package, the quality of content you delivered is NOT as good as expected, the writers didn't make research on the specified topic, instead, they just simply stuffing the keywords in somewhere in the content, we can't and will not use such content.
If you refuse to refund my payments, I will open a dispute on my PayPal account because you said you can't issue the refund, you know if you can't offer money back guarantee why did you put that on your advertise page??

we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the content we produced. However, we can't issue a refund solely on those terms. Furthermore, we do not falsely advertise, and our refund policy is clearly stated on our website and it's a part of the "Terms of Service" you were presented with when you placed your order.
If you look at our refund policy, you can see that our terms for a refund are:
"– The content is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or we fail to meet the set deadline. This excludes the time spent on client-requested revisions.
– The content is proven to not be original. (plagiarized or spun by software)
– The content contains grammar mistakes. This excludes mistakes of dubious nature, such as the ones in regards to semantics or ones that are incorrect according to specific regional/international variations of the English language.
– The content contains factual errors. This refund claim applies only to content produced as part of the GoSuperb Writing offer which includes in-depth research, and must be backed by at least two reliable sources that uniformly prove the factual error in question.
In the case that the client is not satisfied with the content they received, the company allows for an unlimited number of revisions until the client’s needs are met. The client not being satisfied with the objective quality of the content for any subjective reason is NOT grounds for a refund."
The content we provided for you didn't have any grammar or factual mistakes, and it was delivered to you in a timely manner. Therefore, your request for a refund is unfounded. However, we do offer an unlimited number of revisions. If you can be more specific and point out what precisely dissatisfied you, we can revise the article for you.

We are sincerely sorry that we disappointed you and that we are not able to come to an agreement.
Please note, that before you placed an order, we asked you to read and accept our "Terms of Service" (that clearly state our refund policy), which we assume you did. In the part about the "Refund Policy," it is clearly stated that "n the case that the client is not satisfied with the content they received, the company allows for an unlimited number of revisions until the client’s needs are met. The client not being satisfied with the objective quality of the content for any subjective reason is NOT grounds for a refund."
As we already told you, we do offer a full refund if the content is not delivered on time, which in this case it was and if it is of inferior quality compared to what we promised. Your instructions were followed, the subject WAS researched, the content was NOT plagiarized, and there were NO grammar/spelling mistakes.
We have asked you multiple times to be more precise about why you are dissatisfied with the content. You ignored this request. You also ignored our offer to rewrite or revise your order.
Moreover, we do NOT falsely advertise, as the content we delivered is NOT of inferior quality compared to what we promise. IF it was, we assume you would have had examples to give.
Given that we are unable to come to an agreement, we'll hope that PayPal will help us to sort this out.
