    Since you refuse to put a contact us page on your website I am now airing your dirty laundry here.

    You need to refund us on this order #19372 as I have now turned this over to another writer.

    I gave you two chances to write this and both times your writers completely disregarded my writting instuctions.


    I do not have time to wait on revision after revision hoping that one day you will follow instruction.

    Also, if you refuse to write based on how clients tell you to write their work then you should probably find new writers or perhaps choose another business.

    Most of the time you do I good job. However, this is not the first time that your writers blatatently ignore my writing instructions.

    Also, would like to remind you, that if you had a contact us page on your website then this message would be between us and not public!

    Hi Dex D!

    We are sorry to hear that you were unable to reach us. There is a way for you to get in touch with us, and that is via the chat. However, due to working hours, we are not always online and therefore not able to respond right away.

    Having said this, we would like to voice our side of the story.

    The order in question was rewritten by one of the writers who previously worked on an order that you liked. Your instructions were followed to a T and the same tone was used as in the previous orders. However, this time you did not like the tone, and the explanation for it was a bit unclear. This isn't your first order. You had an issue with the tone, yet you requested the same tone as in your previous orders. That same tone was used in this order, just as you instructed. You requested the "Sales Driven & Promotional" writing style, yet, you didn't like that the article was promotional. In fact, most of your complaints were contradictory to your original instructions. Nonetheless, we were willing to revise the order. Given that we followed your instructions, a refund is not justified.

    We feel that this portrayal of our service is not truthful. However, we do acknowledge that your experience with us hasn't always been as you expected it to be. Given this, and our previous encounter in which you did not act professionally towards us, we have decided to refund you for this order. And we kindly ask you to not order from us again.

    This seems beneficial for both parties involved.

    Interesting, I spent 45 minutes on the chat app with you answering several of your questions about what the issues were and how to fix it. Thought, it was all sorted out. Then received a refund which certainly was a huge waste of my time spent answering your questions on the chat app.

    Then, I see that you totally can not handle customer service based on you asking me to not order from you because I had an issue and you needed to provide customer service which is part of any business.

    So I guess at GoSuperb you feel that every order will always go perfectly and if they don't you just ask the customer not to order again. Is that your business model?
