Sounds like you will reach your goal, you have a clear idea and most importantly you are prepared to work. So many people who start out think put up a site, add some banners and sit back and rake it in. i actually get asked " How long before i make money? " when i tell customers that getting a site online is the easy bit and now the real work begins their faces drop. So good luck

    UPDATE

First of all, thanks for all the encouragement from everyone!

    Today's Work

    - Setup about 12 PVA's, got about 8 left in this batch and I can't wait to get through with them.
    - Secured a fashion/pop-culture writer for the new site, she's an up and coming designer who does a ton of charity work. She has her own line of clothing and is awesome with a sewing machine.
    - Received an article from one of my content writers so I posted it on the site and pinged the crap out of it just to draw in some bots.

    Tomorrow

    - I'm going to finish up the PVA's that I have available and setup some Web 2's, from there I'll setup GSA
    - Order a good GSA list, not sure who I'm going to use yet
    - Follow up on the PVA's that I bought yesterday, the dude said he would get them to me today
    - Find a template for Wordpress with clean code

    Have a good night!

    Update:

Got my first set of PVA's up and running, and about that time the second batch came through! So next I have to get rambling on the new ones, the goal is to get 50 Twitter, 50 Facebook and 50 Google+ accounts and from there I'll have a good starting network to run many promotions very efficiency!

Tomorrow I'm going to move the content into Facebook Dominator / Twitter Dominator so that I get a week or seasoning on them. I'll just have them post news and short updates for a week or so and make friends with the folks with similar interests.

    Tomorrow

    - Need to setup new domains and put fresh content on some sites
    - Facebook Dominator / Twitter Dominator to post some content that the social profiles will stay active
    - Have to setup my php RSS grabbber
    - Buy an SER list AND GET it setup

    -Spin some content for We2'0's
-Maybe post the content on the web2.0's

    Very Tired Going to Bed...

Yes, I use the same dedicated proxy every time on the account, I've had about 10 accounts for almost a year now that have only changed IP's one time. I setup my proxy accounts so that they stay the same every month (until they burn out or are really slow).

    Peace,

I ended up losing about 200 PVA's this year due to not changing the passwords, and the vendor sold the same list to someone else, so if you are dealing with the shady PVA market, keep this in mind! My own fault I should have known better!

    UPDATE

    - My site was indexed even though I only threw up one article as soon as it was done about 3 days ago.
    - Had a plumbing disaster at the house so I had to fix it and it took longer than I anticipated. On a positive note I'm getting to know the good folks at Lowes on a deep personal level after making 2 trips to the store to get the right parts, lol.
    - Studied some psychology on how to create a good landing page, tactics used that work and why they work (this is something that I've never done, I want my pages to convert when people get there, and they will get there)
    - Had to find a way to lower bounce rates and I believe I finally got it figured out.
    - Picked up 3 domains to test with, 1 has a great, clean link profile, all of them are very short.
    - Contracted a gal to do a nice logo
    - Finished up my Twitter PVA's
    - Finally settled on a Wordpress template that my wife loves (it a woman's site after all)

We're moving so the amount of work that I'm putting in is moving, just slower than wanted.

    To Do

    - Setup a Constant Contact account and get an auto-responder working for my newsletter
    - Make a video on how to setup PVA's so that I can outsource the work
    - Order more articles, I found a great writer to do articles at a reasonable price (only had to make 2 small corrections to the grammar and the content was good)

Hope you are having a wonderful day my friends!

    Peace,
    Z

    TOMORROW

    -Spin updates for PVA's
-Get spun updates posting with FD

Very funny, my PVA's are out hustling while I'm not online, they are starting to do the work for me, joined a few groups, came back and had about 10 friend requests from legit people.

PS If I was you I would read Indian Bill's IM journey, there are a lot of tips in there :)

Can you give us some vague idea about what your homebrew program does. Not sure if you're saying don't ask for it or don't ask what it does, but if it's the latter, you can just ignore this i guess :p.

    UPDATE

    - Got PVA's finished and started getting them some friends
    - Switched internet providers so that I got good speed, 50MB per second, nice
    - Lined up another author to be a resident expert on the site, yay real free content
    - Logo just about done, chatted with the creator on Fiverr
    - Made a movie on how to create PVA's so that I can hire a VA to do it, and then figured out the sound doesn't work! What a crackhead!
    - We found a leak in our plumbing and the drain is inside the wall so I had to cut a big hole in the wall to cut the pipe and patch it. This is taking my time from the project and I hope to get it finished up today!

Still waiting on content and it's starting to irritate me because it's taking too long!

Hope you folks are having a wonderful day!

    Peace,
    Z

I've been thinking about this and I think I will provide an explanation for you and the viewers of the thread. It's more of a hack on how to post relevant stuff on your PVA's so that they are legit and will never get reported. It's basically an easy way to blend into the white noise on Facebook and post things that people will share because they find them interesting.

My goal for my PVA's is to get legit friends that share my stuff, to me it doesn't do any good to just create networks of fake people, I want real people as friends that will visit the links that I share and interact with me.

Please give me some time, I had a very simple piece of software created that does most of the work for me.

    Peace,
    Z

    UPDATE

It's time to start sharing the good stuff :) I sincerely hope that you have tremendous success if you decide to follow along!!

    - Setup some web 2's to start some link love to the site, additionally I figured out a web 2 hack for you if you have an iPhone, it's a hybrid version of BTB's iPhone articles idea (following)
    - Got the homebrew system working now, I'm doing some basic "What's going on" posts to my PVA's for a week or two to get them active again and then I'll be going full bore.
    - Created a few groups and I'm 'seasoning' them now with content, nothing exciting

    HOMEBREW SOCIAL SETUP

Content consists of news, sports, gossip articles (URL's with some comments) on well known sites (TMZ, CNN, ESPN, etc.) and 'how are you doing' type posts that I created in The Best Spinner. I analyzed a ton of active people who continually post stuff on Facebook and copied their post format into The Best Spinner. I now have a data merge project going in The Best Spinner (it's one of the best features in the program) which creates statuses based around things that are already trending online. My motto is "Blend in to the white noise" :) I'll share my own content maybe twice in 100 status updates so it's nearly impossible to figure out my own sites from the other content posted socially. I have the PVA's setup to post 1 or 2 status updates per day, if you post too much people won't follow the links that you post to content because they will be overloaded. Testing 1 - 2 posts per day somewhere between 11AM Eastern and 3PM Eastern (I actually did a bunch of research on this).

Since my content still isn't back from the writer I'm just posting links to trending stuff for now.

    THE BAD

I'm actually having pervs sending me pictures of their junk to my PVA's, very creepy...

    WEB 2 SETUP

Got a Tumblr blog setup today and it works great! You can use the email feature on your iPhone and add it as a contact, from there you can talk into the iPhone and send your 'articles' via email and they will post on Tumblr. Additionally, you can create a "Group" on the iPhone, setup a bunch of Web 2's to post via email/post your content on all of the blogs in one fell swoop.

    THIS WEEK

    - Get GSA list from a highly respected vendor so that I can start posting contextuals
    - Post more content to the new site so that I can start some link love to it.
    - Do a few Press Releases God willing

Just some ideas for you :) Got the homebrew system working excellent now, I'm doing some basic "What's going on" posts to my PVA's for a week or two to get them active again and then I'll be going full bore.

    Peace,
    Z

    UPDATE

Created some web 2's for tier 2, since I have about 225,000 articles in my database, I took 2 well written articles that were closely related and combined them into 1 which produced articles in the 700-1000 words range. I used Spin Rewriter to create uniqueness and they all read well and pass Copyscape. Since I need web 2's for a couple different niches I'm creating about 7 for each niche site which gives me about 7 blogs for each money site. Wanted to start them early enough to give them a bit of time before linking to or from them. In each article I hot-linked a couple images from Photobucket so they look good, and appear non-spammy, took me an extra 5 minutes to do all the images, no worries, they will stick like glue.

    SOCIAL

I screwed up when I verified and setup all of my PVA's, and don't like the strategy that I used, so many of my PVA's will be 'moving' to new cities, I'm going to focus on major cities instead of having them live all over the map. Kickapoo, Illinois? Really? Well all I can say was I don't know what the heck I was thinking, I have a better strategy now :) The new strategy will allow me to share laser targeted content related to the city that my PVA's 'live' and it will help me to infiltrate local groups easily.

Talked to the dude about my content and he's been dragging his feet so I'm going to have to start demanding that he do things OR give me a refund, end of story.

    Peace,
    Z

    UPDATE:

-I finally got some freaking content!!! Will be adding the content to the site tonight, when I get to 20 articles on the site I will go full bore with promotion, press releases and maybe some paid advertising (minimal).
-Updated all of my PVA's, they now 'live' in major cities which makes it easier to keep them updated with fresh relevant content. Just to give you an idea of what you need: if you have 40 PVA's that update their status 3 times per day you need 3600 original pieces of content per month. It took me awhile to figure out how to do this but I get it whipped now. I could scale up to hundreds of PVA's and still fill them with good content.
-Logos are done too, so I got everything that I need to get moving finally.
-I now have 2 writers that will write for me, for free!!!

Currently I'm running a test to see how much social sharing will help a site, here's some stats of one of my sites using social networks ONLY, please don't let anyone tell you that social has little value, it clearly does. This site has been shared on Facebook, Reddit and Twitter ONLY.

    1022015.jpg

This week I'm going to start commenting on these articles on my own site using my PVA's to see if I get a noticeable jump in the SERPS, additionally I'm going to create a few TIER 1's for this site to get some GSA links pumping to it, slowly (like 3 per day, continuously).

GOOD TIP: This week I researched a few sites using GA and found that we are ranking for terms where there has been a notable back and forth in the comment section, where people are talking back and forth regarding the article on the page. Some people are slamming the article, some are interested. Just thought that I would share it this with you.

    Have a good night!

    Peace,
    Z
