Ever since that penguin shite, I am seeing lots of the following:

    shite.PNG

Domain clustering for a single query showing me next to no diversity. That prick Matt Cutts? This is page 2 results on google.com

I've also been seeing a lot of this, mainly with gumtree which I think is like a craigslist for us Brits. And ye, mainly filling page 2.

Well I think something changed two three days ago? I now see also crazy too much results from one site on one page. Google is killing itself and that is good,no one can be on top forever.

You must be getting that while logged into a google account. I've seen the same thing and then when logged out it's a totally different set of results. I just checked the query and it's NOTHING like you posted. Not to say their results don't suck...They do and clearly they are favoring the big boys more and more (those who spend big bucks with them). This will only change when either a competitor or two start taking away a significant part of their market share, or Congress steps up and breaks them up since they are the DEFINITION of a monopoly. The latter has about as much chance as all of us being hit by lightening at the same exact time on the same exact day....LOL

    lmao. Basically.

Try searching for a make and model of a car, truck or motorcycle, all you get are pages of ebay listings. It's completely ridiculous.

Google needs to stop showing the same domain for a particular search result.

I agree that you must be logged in or something to get that sort of result.

Still, I've seen ridiculous one page sites take over to top spots from sites with excellent content (and lots of it) with little backlinks. I'm not very impressed with their algorithm lately, and it's not just because I spend most of my time trying to cheat it. Google is really a terrible SE now.

I'm seeing this more and more as well. Entire pages full of youtube shit, 4-5 listings in a row on 1st or 2nd page of slideshares, pr releases and other trash just because of the domain authority.

I also now have autoblogs taking over my niche on new product launches with very shitty pages. I am talking about 150 word description usually copied from the product site, then a bunch of CLICK HERE affiliate links, no actual review done. Most of which are using the usual shady blackhat backlinking.

I don't know if they're just on the verge of being wiped out by the next refresh, or something else behind the scenes I'm not seeing.

Having these sites at the top is not what you want for most of these products (scams), pushing legitimate review sites with open comments for customers to see the truth out of the first 2 to 3 pages atleast.

No it was since Penguin update!

No you don't have to be logged in to see similar results. I saw tons like that one.
