As a lot of you know the amount of keywords not provided by Google in Analytics is rising more and more all the time up to 60%-%75, which sucks. What I am wondering is does that mean that when we are using the Keyword Tool, a program like Market Samurai and so on that we are seeing less keywords and that if it reaches 100% those tools are useless?

Is this hiding of Keywords just in Google Analytics? Is this just a long tail keyword problem in Analytics?

They can't hide the keywords in Keyword research tools because then people using Adwords would be screwed right and that's how they make their money.

If you haven't read this already, check it out:

Post-PRISM, Google Confirms Quietly Moving To Make All Searches Secure, Except For Ad Clicks
    Code:

It simply means that soon it would be reaching 100% and all the searches would be completely private and you cannot simply track which keywords brought the visitor to your website/blog.

I'm sorry for you but you should create your own statistics - not to relay on the mighty Google to give you the information that for sure is keeping for himself. Google is taking lot of benefits from this strange situation

So you could still find keywords and the amount of searches they get right?

I was literally just talking about this.

It does suck that they are removing 100% of the search keyword analytics... but every marketer has to deal with this change.

So its more of an opportunity than a problem and you should treat it as such.

Just take it as a chance to beat your competitors who don't adapt to the new playing field.
