Google wont index page when other se do, gives404

So Yahoo and MSN both index a page on my site but google will not. I have their webmaster tools and they give a 404 error. The page is there, this page brings the most traffic to my site and it is very frusterating. How do I fix this? I have resubmitted the link and sitemap.

Have you talked to them why its not getting indexed?
