Google webmaster tools

    While I'm logged into google webmaster tools how come they show my keywords I'm ranking for then as I go to google search to find my site it doesn't exist for that keyword? Anyone else has this problem? Or Am I just doing something wrong

    Recently the ranking is very incorrect at the webmaster tools if it is not bugged for my domain :)

    I'm pretty sure those are the terms for all google sites. Maybe your site was found for that term on Google UK and and isn't appearing on Google US yet. Or vice versa

    It is not new for a site to drop in ranking suddenly and then move up almost in the same vein. The search engines are like that

    It is most likely because GWT is updated once a month. So the data you are looking at was correct for between 3 and 5 weeks ago and may have changed now.

    And if GWT says your site ranks for a keyword, and you look for that keyword it dosent mean it is on page one. You might have a keyword you rank for but its on page 20 so you cannot "find it".
