    I need your help urgently.
My website about hacks, keygens... got some links in Google SERPs which I need to have removed. Now I want to use Google's Link Removal (by Google Webmaster Tools) to request the removal of several URLs from the SERPs. Can it happen that Google blacklists my site? I mean, won't they check and see my site and what I'm doing when they are about to manually check and remove the links that I wanted to have removed?

No one will look at your site manually, it's an automatic process.
Don't forget to block those pages in robots.txt

Have your website got punished or have you lost rankings ?
why would you need to remove links ?
Did google sent you the "unnatural links" message ?

add unique tag descriptions, and bam, now you have good pages for google to index
unless you don't want those in serps, if that's the case, 301 the tag pages using redirection for wordpress
or you could robots.txt the whole /tag/ section
