What would you look for to help in Google rank...

I own a high profile domain with my exact keyword .com

In Yahoo and Bing I rank #2 right under Wiki, however in Google under the same term I am no where to be found... in fact I see some of my sub-domains in the search results but the main domain is no where under the term. If I go and type in full domain it shows, however there used to be like 10 sub-domains domains listed right under my main domain in the search results, those are not showing now

I checked to see if I had been penalized in Analytics and can't seem to find any flags...

What would you guys look at/check?

Ps... we do massive youtube blackhat marketing, not sure if that may be screwing us up or something with site links in the channels then accounts possibly being suspended later hurting us?

What do you think, anyone have similar issue?

Need to build backlinks/have external sites use your keyword as anchor text for Google which are less important to Yahoo and Bing when ranking your site for a particular keyword. I also believe Social Media links going back to your site are more important to Google.

Any other ideas or things you would check out?

It's definitely important to have a variety of domains linking back to you. You'll also want your keyword in header tag I believe, I believe around 3 - 5% keyword density, high quality content, etc. There are definitely other people on the forum who are more suited and will probably give much better answers.

I find that there was some interesting points in the video posted here if you want to check it out - hxxp://www.seomoz.org/article/search-ranking-factors

im also seeing this in my new site, 1 month old.
high quality content, some social bookmarks and forum profiles with scrapebox spamming these 2nd tier sites.

already ranked #3 in bing, but have dropped completely out of google. was bouncing around the 5th page for a bunch of keywords for awhile...
not deindexed, so hopefully its just dancing from the new links...

Every search engine has its own set of algorithms and guidelines.

As you are saying you do massive blackhat marketing... I guess, this is the reason for not getting high rankings in Google.
