What percentage of searches do Bing/Yahoo combine for compared to Google?
I have two keywords which combine for 150k exact searches for Google. Site is dead in Google but is #1 for Bing + Yahoo for these terms.

I read somewhere they combine for about 40% of what Google gets.
This this info outdated or correct?

You read what your brain wanted you to read. You probably passed through sites that said they reached to 1% and chose to ignore them.

Yahoo and Bing are pretty much worthless, that being said, you might still get a small %, but NO CHANCE to get a 40% haha.

Yahoo now outsource search to bing as I remember, so we are talking bing only and no I think 40% is highly exaggerated.

I didn't mean 40% of all searches. I meant 40% of what Google gets. Google gets 66% of all searches. 40% of that is about 26%.

I really don't know what percentages of all searches Bing and Yahoo together might get, but I do know spam works wonder in Bing.

Bing and Yahoo are not worthless because Bing is the automatic search engine for IE meaning people who are not to tech savvy
will use it thus increasing easy conversions for specific niches. I would include all three in my plan for making money.
