Google Structured Data item count and markup Pages are Decreasing As Product Pages are Indexed.

I updated product schema on my site seven weeks ago, and my website's pages are getting indexed approx 67K plus pages.

My website has more than 30k product pages. But in google webmaster structured data there are close to 4k pages are with markup, and they are decreasing continuously.

I check Google structured data tool it shows Schema implementation correct with no error found. Why is the number of product pages with markup too low and decreasing? What can I do to increase this number?
