I'm getting alot of customers I don't want to lose them or let them find out my resources I know I can't change my name but is there way for me to set my account that only members of this site can see my username?

I search my name in google it came up right way!!

Unfortunately not. Every post you have made will contain your username and may show up in a Google search. Of course so will your profile page.

I have never heard of anyone having their account deleted either - it would leave forum posts with no username attached.

Not the news you were hoping for, I know.

I tired to contract support maybe mod no one is getting back to me.

Thanks by the way

even if I can switch up my name would be great!

Give them time. The mods on this site are very busy - they get a lot of PMs daily.

It's very unlikely as user name changes are not really allowed unless there's a damn good reason for it.

There's not much you can do. How about change the user/site you're dealing under?

Only admins can change usernames and it won't happen without a really good reason.

Trust me it doesnt matter. My email account is attached to an old forum and no matter what user names I changed to all my posts are still in google regardless. And my time in that forum spanned 5 years. I was even unregistered and deleted threads. Didn't matter.

It does, because then he could always clean those results up with some other misleading ones. ;)

Don't forget that when someone quotes one of your messages, your username (as it existed at the time) is added to the quote automatically, so this will still leave something for Google to find even if you later change your username.

I was quoted in several signatures and messaged each user to have them removed. Unfortunately most users were inactive by this point. Removing a footprint of the internet seems impossible.

You can't remove it, but you can always bury it. ;)
