now we got arround 2.5K click oer day ...

I post everyday arround 30 - 50 Videos per day and i have interactions between users and many registered users on my websites etc..
no black hat methode or creepy things or something like that,

After this update , i keep working and post videos normally on the first day i got arround 1-2K views per videos [the video work well and get traffic from google normally], but in the next day the video don't get that mush views arround 10-20 views , and the video is indexed and no DMCA on the videos

do you have any solution or suggestion for my case ?
For a site like yours, I do not feel that this effect will be for long time. Your website traffic will return to normal on its own.

After 8 days of analysis and checking problems i noticed something weird that happen with Google Search Console,
As i said i have some posted videos between 5 March to 12 March , i got good traffic [for 80% of posted videos] in the first day after that the views got dropped,
when i check for example for specific keyword in GSC in performance i put a page filter with one or 2 words from that link that get 1K views in 1day i got no data 0 Impr and 0 Clicks, which means is not logic, even the link indexed in google after 4hours from posting

The traffic you get to these new pages might not come from google, have you checked it from analytics? Maybe those views are from your returning visitors from brand searches.

It is possible that the traffic is not from the page that you expected so first check the pages data in search console itself to know which pages got the impressions and clicks and then apply filter accordingly. Sometimes the traffic is not from the actual video page but could be from the category or tag pages in which video is listed.

Some redundant traffic is also recorded in search console that do not show particular page and query so if you want to see perfectly recorded traffic with exact queries and pages then you can apply and excluding filter with random keyword that you expect will never be typed (example - exclude if query is "asasldkfjterwemnr"). It will exclude traffic from this random query which is never expected to get searched and so it will show more accurate data.

Regarding the actual problem of traffic down, please also look at the indexing data of your website pages and see if there is a drop there too. And usually there is nothing you can do to get out of this drop due to core algorithm update. You have to clean your path again for increasing traffic. Find your most valuable pages and keywords and either make your website more relevant for those or just create new website with that data to improve traffic there.

We got up and down in traffic , we got indexed and de-indexed daily, the one solution that we have is to waiting until the end of update

Analytics shows me that I got 671 people from google yesterday, however GSC shows me only 25, really weird things are happening

that's what you should do when there's an update. don't touch anything, and wait.
we often make the mistake of rushing to change this or that and in the end we do more harm than good.
You have to wait for the storm to die down and then see what happens.
But I have to admit, it's an emotional rollercoaster every day!

Say goodbye to the site, there's nothing much you can do to revive it. The general opinion is that hcu is permanent, so enjoy the little you have now while the ship sinks.

Lots of websites that have low user experience or high bounce rates and other indicators that Google has been talking about for what seems like forever finally start getting hit, and this is not the end of that.

As you know, when Google rolls out an update, it continues to take effect on sites that may have escaped the results of those updates.

If I were you, I would focus on two strategies.

There are only two ways to play this game.

First, you can go the volume route and use AI to just blast out a tremendous amount of sites and hope that a significant percentage of those sites survive Google.

You make money off them to fund another fresh wave of new sites you build.

Second, you go the micro route where you focus solely on the experience of the user.

You don't use any tricks.

You do everything by hand, and you avoid any shortcuts.

You also proceed slowly.

I know this is not sexy, but if you want your website to withstand the test of time, going down this route might be the way to go.

Also, a lot of people who have outdated information get hit really hard.

One common example of this is running a job site where old, expired jobs are still online on their websites and still getting traffic from Google.

Google found a way to ignore those pages, so their traffic dropped.

There are many different reasons for the traffic massacre that a lot of people are talking about in the March update.

I see it only getting worse over time.

The key here is to use it as a wake-up call to fine-tune the quality of your site.

you are not alone, the only thing that we can do is creating another domain and starting a new website.
Or waiting the next google update
