So, I work for a company with 300+ people.

When you google the company name, there's a web site for complaints that comes up as the 3rd result. My company and my companies contact us page is 1st and 2nd.

The PR of the complaint site is 4 and the PR of the complaint page about my company is 1.

In contrast, the next result in google is our wikipedia PR 9 page about our company which is PR 4

The complaint is an eye sore. It comes down to people didnt read their contracts, and we made things right. But the results are still there, and would very much like it to go down.

We've paid companies to try and make it go away. No luck there.

Google doesnt seem to sort on PR.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make that complaint go off of page 1?

Does anyone know how google orders results, so that I can figure a way to make it go away?

The easiest way to remove this url is to pay someone to do xrumer blasts for this url using only 1 kwrd and make posts on more than 100k forums. The url will get deleted very fast.

Don't bother trying to damage the complaint site directly. Drive down the complaint by burying it under more of YOUR sites.

Make 8 or 9 more domains about yourself and force them to the top. Look around BHW for SEO clues if you need 'em. (You'll also probably need to take steps to keep G from realizing that all these new sites are coming from you.)

How about a kazillion of cheapy outbound links to sites with low-to-no page rank and some minimal relation to the topic of your industry?

Perhaps also a sort of reverse purpose keyword stuffing would work.

In other words, get google to set penalties for the page.
