The problem probably could be that you are mixing your CCTLD domain, or you are probably not writing the phrase well, or probably the phrase you're looking for doesn't really exist in that domain. Just try a few combinations and see if it works for you.

Indeed, operators do work, I think, but google is quite peculiar when it comes to compound searches you may start from the site: operator, and then use 'intext' with the new search query.
