I have a project which seems to not pick up keywords for a year now wondering what the issue might be
Impressions are stuck between 15-20 with no click

evise your website’s content and build backlinks for a few target keywords to push them to the top—only then can you start driving traffic to your website.

Your site has a technical indexing issue or a content gap where your pages are not satisfying search intent though for your specific stock asset project insuring your metadata includes silhouettes and high volume keywords in vital for breaking the competition.

Check if your posts are indexed, or if they are duplicates. If they are indexed, you should consider checking if your domain is backlisted or conducting competitor research, as you may need backlinks if it's a very competitive niche.

Google Search Console data is very useful to find new keyword opportunities.

This is typically a combination of low authority, weak topical relevance, or poor keyword alignment.
Audit your pages, are they optimized around clear search intent and supported by internal links?
Also check backlinks and competition level for your target keywords. Without stronger signals, Google will keep your impressions low regardless of time.

Low impressions usually mean weak basics, wrong keywords, low authority, or poor intent match. Try low-competition keywords, better content, and some quality links.
