Here is potentially a great new way to help with your SEO rankings.

Go to Google and search for anything in the English language.

Then mouse over one of the results, you will notice that some new link appears "share"

This will allow you to share the site and give it a +1 vote without the site needing to add the usual code for a +1 button.

This leads me the think that they must use this data in a different part of their algo. So if you can game this system by inflating the vote count directly from the search results, you should see it have a positive effect on your search engine rankings.

This has been available for a very long time and in different forms. Actually 2-3 months ago they had the +1 button right there instead of the share button. Then they took it off and now this.

Btw, I don't see this button still doesn't appear in my search on roll over. Probably available just for some countries and they detect it by ip.

What language are you searching in? As far as I know, this is only working with searches in the english language. Im using firefox and my ip is located in Thailand. I see the share link fine.
