hello everyone,have you noticed google seems show new special #1 position for some keywords,it is special #1 position,and below the chart,there says : About this result,Feedback
what is this,something new??how we can appear there?thank you

I've noticed the sites that appear in that spot have some sort of table on their page that is being displayed. I got one of my inner pages to show up there by adding a table to the page. But it fell off after only a few days.

I think you are talking about the knowledge graph results, like a search result in a box with a longer snippet above #1. They exist for over 2 years already, like the "People also ask" results (search for "car", "arthritis" or "telescope" for example) powered by the knowledge graph. So, not new, but these "special results" mostly appear for shorttails, famous people, company names, movies, books, etc.

Getting your site into the knowledge graph requires a lot of trust, an established site. Structured data markup also helps a little, as well as being linked from Wikipedia.

Bottom line: There is nothing that guarantees being included, it boils down to being an authority.

That knowledge search result,the answer which are point to point and can make user understand better,google picks them up to 1st position.

Oh, you just need to make a table (can use Tablepress plugin for wordpress), and website within top 10 will be chosen to display this table (anyway, Google's algorithm is always a mystery)
