I have an adult tube website.

One of complainer who send DMCA included the main domain name of my website inside their report he added some dynamic pages as well for example mywebsite.com/page1.html in their DMCA report and Google approved it.

may be 30% of the report is valid but they removed every single link the complainer submitted.

Is there any way to index atleast my root domain name?

Yes index it in google webmaster tools, add to alexa and other high authority websites to ensure you will save yourself from being totally penalized by google...
