    Hey there,

My Google Places (or Local or My Business or whatever it's called today) listing is getting killed in local search results by a business with a brand new listing for my city. I'm sitting around 4 right now under most of my keywords and this guy came out of nowhere hitting first and second spots. His Google+ page has NO posts and NO reviews. My Google+ page is fully completed, fully optimized and has a tonne of posts and a bunch of good reviews (only a couple of bad ones that I can't shake).
What am I missing I can't figure out how this guy is all of a sudden eating my lunch here :chicken_w. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!!

Some listings just get put at the top of the list when created (I've created and maintained over 180 local listings in the last 8 months)
