If someone had access to a thousand different machines with unique IP's and verified google accounts, what would be a creative use of them for the purposes of SEO?

One idea I'm kicking around is a Google Reviews blast, tested out in a number of different fashions to see if it would be possible to boost a Places listing to the top of the local search results with the only work being a boost of ratings.

Another thought is to simply have the machines idle pages once or twice a day providing page views, time on page and click through. Randomize the behavior to make it seem more organic.

The other idea would be to log into each machines acct, and use it to browse serps clicking through the pages until the reach the desired site and clicking through from there.

Feels like the biggest hurdle would be testing enough to find the sweet spot in reviews per day/month to stay under the radar, as well as finding a way to keep the page view behavior within realm of believability.

Trying to figure out how to work this out, so far looking at using greasemonkey and autohotkey.
