Google photos help

So im hoping somone can tell me if its even possible and if it is if someone could tell me how / id go about doing it like what files would I need to be able to pull a copy of my locked google photos folder from my phones cache so some backstory on my current situation so on 2/20/26 I had somone use a rat to use my own device to acess my google account which i didn't notice for a few days until on 2/22/26 they disabled my account for a severe policy violation and ive had the same account for over 15 years i tried telling them this in both of my appeals but of course google doesnt give a shit and denied them both and wont allow me to download anything via google takeout or any other method so I have over 15 years worth of photos and stuff with no way to retrieve them alot of which are in my google photos locked folder and many of which Iwhenvi open the app and open the folder I csn still view meaning they are still stored locally in the cache but because my account is disabled I cant move them out of the folder in app or download them and because they are in the locked folder I cant even screen shot them so with that said im trying to find a way I could pull them out another way so if anyone knows how to do this please let me know since all ive been able read so far is yes I csn pull the files them selves out but the files would be encrypted and I wouldn't be able to view them and yea I just want my photos so please somone be nice and tmake my day by helping me retrieve my data
