I have noticed the changes in serps this morning (in Poland) so probably it is rolling out across the World now, but the good thing is I see more increases than drops, strange ... 
The strange thing is the most incredible increases I`ve noticed for projects running in GSA SER (( so it seems BH techniques works still.

Yeah i noticed some fluctuation in PR today... Might be some issue but noticed few blogs PR dropped.. ..

I don't often check PR but I did notice a couple of my sites have significant leaps in ranking in G. Could be just a coincidence but revenue is up on a few that is more than just a minor bump and targeted traffic is much stronger.
