Nope thats not a link wheel. A link wheel would be
Facebook linking to Bebo, Bebo Linking to MySpace, MySpace linking to Twitter, Twitter linking to orkut, orkut linking to live spaces, etc. Then finally all of them linking to your video.
Do this over and over again and it becomes powerful.

What....thats not a linkwheel either. Thats like some kinda wierd link chain...
A link wheel is something like blogspot linking to your vid and quizilla, quizilla linking to your vid and MSN spaces, MSN spaces linking to your vid and blogspot.
Obviously use more than three properties in your wheel, the more the better, make sure they are ******** links.

How you link them?
Like put YouTube vid URL embed link in them sites with some text including the anchor text?

First off, read the Linkwheel pdf, u didnt do it.
This is the LW u need to build around ur video
Wordpress
Blogger
Weebly
Quizilla
Squidoo
Tumblr
Each property: one link to the video with ur keyword phrase as anchor
Another link to the next property in the LW using the kw as anchor too
Then, download the last RSS Submit u will find here and cracked.
Use it to submit all the RSS feeds of all ur properties (including the yt video)
After that submit to Mixx and Digg all the links to ur properties and then the same for ur video.
Wait ONE day, then:
Use pingler to submit each property
BAM, u then tell me the results
This is the LW u need to build around ur video

Yeah, if you want to keep your video on the front page for your keyword (unless your keyword happens to be "asdfiljoisdf isjdfio" or something similar), you'll need to build back links to it, especially through web 2.0 pages. If you don't want to do that, you could always go the BH way and go for quantity over quality
