Google only showing one ad on all of my sites?? Why?

Is it a public service type of ad? Do you also see these ads after using a different browser or IP address and/or clearing your cookies?
Chances are that they either do not have any ads related to your content at the moment (usually because of tons of pageviews), or that your account is getting audited.
Also, you may want to do a "View Source" on your websites and see if there is any evidence of a XSS or SQL injection attack.

It is not a forever scenario, I also faced the same scenario with ads. Try to check on other pages, either they have the same adv. or changed.
Big G did that on a temporary basis but after some time different adv. are displayed on different areas.

thats a google public service ad - you can turn it off in yr adsense acc.
they show them when there is no applicable ad. if you turn them off you just get a blank space on the page instead.
