Looking for someone experienced in Google my business. Current algorithms if I'm at 4.7 on Google with 28 reviews how many reviews would it take to bump to a 5?

There are a lot of them, but how much money should be poured into them

Don't run after 5 ratings as most of people don't trust 5 star ratings business 4.5-4.9 is good rating for a business.

I think that is not possible at all to get 5.0 rating untill you get reviews with rating below 5.0 removed or noit calculated for overall rating.

I think rating doesn’t effect business.
Main thing in GMB is ranking if your listing is ranking it means you are in a profit!

this is not true. I know real-life examples of businesses having negative reviews on their listings yet they have a clean 5 star rating on GMB.

It might not be possible then to be back on 5* again. Better ensure more positive reviews. Thanks.

tldr: Overthinking regarding negative review.

Looking to the established companies, no one have 5 rating. Most of them have 4.7, 4.8 or 4.9. It can be used as an advantage, because everyone make little mistakes and, after all, you cannot please everyone. Make sure you respond to that low review with something like:"how can we make you change your mind", or whatever. Show to the other potential clients you try your best and, most important, you are human, an' not a robot.

You cant really have 5.0. However, if you need 4.9, you need 56 5* reviews
