Google+local Ranking For city instead of suburb

Hello all,
My business is located in burbank and business website ranking very good for keyword + burbank but keywords which I'm ranking has very low search volume. I have my Google+ local page which is configured with city Burbank. My question how to rank for keywords like keywords + Chicago? I have seen many business which has suburb in there city but ranking Good for main Place.

Are you asking about ranking for SERP or Google places for keywords + Chicago?
