Hello guys, Google officially throttled Keyword Planner data for low spending AdWords accounts. Therefore if you are a free user of the tool or you do not spend a substantial amount on ads you will not get any search results when using the tool. See image below.
This is going to cause problems for those doing Youtube SEO marketing who does not have a big adwords account. What are your opinion on this matter?

Google will only hurt themselves in the long run because without publishers to produce content their
search engine is shit.If Google wasn't so strict with
advertising policies I would buy ads from them but that is not the case with them.

I'd be interested in hearing some more opinions on this. I don't ever really do much AdWords advertising anymore, usually just SEO, but use the Keyword Planner tool quite often. This just started becoming an issue for me as well though, as I'm not getting 1K-10K type results for search volumes. There's a big difference in my decision making processes between a keyword that gets 1000 mo searches compared to one that gets 10, 000 searches.

Anyone have ANY idea what the ad buy numbers are to keep access to the full numbers?

Better to get subscripton of KeySearch or RankBrian they both are working well and trending after KwPlanner made the update.

Over $74,000 spent and still the ranges.

Make an MCC AdWords account and link it to your email. Select *Manage OTHER people's accounts* and you'll have access to the actual numbers.

What do you mean "link it to your email"? Could you be more specific?
Also suppose you do not have an active adwords account (meaning free account) can this method work?
