Any user who is logged in to their google account will no longer have the keyword they searched for passed through to the site when they visit. I personally use this a lot, as sometimes even the best keyword research misses some gems, and your own analytics is a great way to see search terms where your pages where served but low down the rankings. You can then target these keywords in a future campaign. According to the article this will affect about 10% of our organic traffic, which seems low to me, I would have thought most people who use gmail or some such would stay logged in (probably through ignorance as much as anything).
