Hey,
The other day I noticed smth strange-there is a website that aggregates reviews and ratings from Google Play/ Apple Store (AppGrооves.com,) and the ratings are shown on a competitors' knowledge panel and not on ours. https://nimb.ws/M60vA8 is an example with the competitor brand in mind.
At the same time, the ratings don't show for our brand name in the Knowledge Panel. https://nimb.ws/dQgRqH is how it looks like. I checked both https://appgrooves.com/app/spades-online-vip-free-spades-by-casualino-games and https://appgrooves.com/app/baloot-royale-by-arab-gamers-league profiles on the website and they look the same.
Also, compared how the Structured Data Testing Tools shows them. Again https://nimb.ws/AY1Lvg and https://nimb.ws/uK8ogG look similar with the same attributes, no errors etc.
So, I am wondering is there anything I could do to encourage Google to show them?
What's more also the Apple Play Store ratings are not shown in the Knowledge Graph Panel either. Although we have https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vip-spades-online-card-game/id1119164669 with 2.1k ratings and a decent score. However, for other apps, we do have both Google Play and App Store ratings.
Do you know what could possibly be done to make it consistent? I haven't dealt with knowledge graph panels, reviews etc. so far, so that's why looking to find out if there is anything that could be done from our part.
Thanks,
