Google is not spending my daily budget - Need Help

Hi,

I'm running some campaigns via Google ads and it seems like google is not spending my daily budget.

The ad is elligible for running, but I'm not seeing any impression or clicks coming.

If anyone could take a look at it for me to see what's happening, i'd appreciate it.

Also if you create a new campaign sometimes it can take a few days to start running

give me few days coz that's how it goes now for new accounts. Limited staff to do the review during this pandemic. It happens a lot to my accounts.
